Water Damage Restoration

Water Damage Restoration

Water damage has many causes, including flooding as a result of a heavy rain, a broken water heater, leaking or burst pipes, a faulty household appliance or HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) unit, or ongoing plumbing issues. Serious damage may occur over a manageable period of time or it can happen within minutes. While you may be able to mop up the water yourself, chances are that this will happen again if the source of problem is not identified and mitigated.

Never wait too long to address unwanted water in your home. While you may need a plumber or HVAC technician to fix the underlying problem, you want to call a water damage services provider as quickly as possible. Call A&A Restoration Services any time you see water pooling where it doesn’t belong. We are the experts in water damage restoration in Florida, dedicated to cleaning and restoring your home and personal possessions after a major water incident and preventing further damage to your home’s structure.

Flood and Water Damage Restoration Services

Our knowledgeable, friendly professionals quickly undertake the following steps to restore your property.

Inspection. A&A Restoration technicians arrive at your home to determine the cause and the amount of water damage. They will likely shut off your water to prevent more damage and may turn off your electricity to ensure that the area is safe before starting work.

Water Removal. Using industrial-strength pumps and vacuum equipment, our team extracts the water to speed the drying process. Removing water quickly from surfaces helps prevent mold damage. After the water is removed, we use dehumidifiers to eliminate any remaining dampness in walls, floors and furniture that may cause warping, swelling and mold growth.

Cleaning. A&A Restoration technicians clean the area to eliminate any dirt, odors and germs that remain. Surfaces and affected items are sanitized with antimicrobial and antibacterial agents to ensure that your home is safe. While many items are be rescued and cleaned, some possessions may be too damaged to restore, and we (regretfully) dispose of these in the proper manner.

Mitigation. We are not plumbers, HVAC technicians or contractors, but we are able to make some minor building repairs to your home. While we cannot fix all structural damage, we will board up, fence off or tarp areas that require rebuilding and other contracted services to protect your property until the repairs can be completed.
